Have been living in this building for a year and I can surely say that the building management is exceptional. Dean (a building manager assistant) is very friendly and kind and always goes above and beyond with any arising issues or concerns. All the tenants are super friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!
I do deep cleans at the building. And I must say it is run amazing! Parking lots and outside are always spotless! Building manager is kind, compassionate and fair but makes sure the rules are being followed fairly by everyone . It is a happy and safe place for me to come work! I love cleaning there and will always pick up any work there to help keep it clean :)
