I lived here when it was first built for about 3 years. The place was always so clean & with the police station nearby there was almost never unwanted people on the property. It was within walking distance of the downtown with being in the heart of it. The security of the building was always a priority. I would have loved to rent an apartment here, as I strongly prefer older, well-established buildings. As a single, widowed woman with excellent references and strong credit, this felt like a good fit in many ways. Unfortunately, their pet policy feels out of step with current realities, where responsible pet ownership is very common. It actually is surprising they'll allow cats but not dogs, even small ones. His tireless work ethic, passion, and compassion set a high standard, making him truly one-of-a-kind. He made the workplace an enjoyable environment and was the driving force behind seamless move-out cleans, alleviating pressure on staff with his well-orchestrated turnaround schedules. Have been living in this building for a year and I can surely say that the building management is exceptional. Dean (a building manager assistant) is very friendly and kind and always goes above and beyond with any arising issues or concerns. All the tenants are super friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!
I do deep cleans at the building. And I must say it is run amazing! Parking lots and outside are always spotless! Building manager is kind, compassionate and fair but makes sure the rules are being followed fairly by everyone . It is a happy and safe place for me to come work! I love cleaning there and will always pick up any work there to help keep it clean :)
