We had a great stay here! The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. They went above and beyond when our daughter accidentally left her stuffed owl behind. They helped track it down and were kind enough to work with us on getting it shipped back. Really appreciated the friendly communication and great customer service. Would definitely stay again!
We rented 8 cabins and brought 38 people with us and had the best time. Everything was wonderful and clean!!! Everything we needed was there for us.
In March 2025, we visited The Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Ky and rented a cabin at The Lodges at Eden Reserve for our stay. The property was very nice and clean. Everything was renovated, new, and well prepared. The new olive oil and salt/pepper were appreciated, as were the local coffee packs and mint (pictured.) Absolutely loved our stay at the Safari Retreat in Williamstown! Such a peaceful and unique place to stay — the safari tents were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and so close to the Ark Encounter, but it still feels quiet and tucked away in nature. We loved sitting by the fire at night and waking up to the sounds of the woods. The cabin was wonderful, it had everything you could need plus more. The cabin was very clean, well organized. The location was very convenient to the sights of interest. Would definitely recommend if visiting northern Kentucky.
