Many employees are caring and efficient, but I had a terrible experience there. I lived in independent living for almost two years. I was counting on getting on medicaid waiver after paying full price for two years (that was suppose to be the deal, but they evicted me just short of that time. I made friends with a man in assisted living and I helped him out in many ways. For some unknown reason, some of the aids and nurses spread an untrue rumor that I was after his money... They are currently fighting Bed Bugs for the 2nd time in 6 months due to not being taken care of right the first time. The front desk lady bev can be very rude at times, the activities department are great people. The kitchen department cant get enough workers so I often helped them out. The maintenance team is massively underpaid. Everyone recently got a raise but they got nothing. Housekeeping is over worked and are required to do way more than what they get paid for.
