Attended a function. The place is gorgeous.
The concept of everything in one spot for 2 days is priceless!
Very little hanging space. PowerPoint's were in strange locations and not user friendly. Room was expensive for what it was. Buffet breakfast for the wedding we attended had variety and beautiful presentation. Location was out of way and in a pretty valley and lovely stoney creek flowing through the property. No phone reception, though the WiFi worked well.
I recently attended a wedding here and while the grounds and overall location are undeniably beautiful, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The guest rooms were oddly decorated and felt mismatched and dated, more of an eye sore than aesthetics. The bathrooms were particularly poor, mould in the shower grouting, cheap fixtures, and a layout more like a public pool / prison change room than a wedding venue.
