The deserve zero stars! Avoid this place at all costs. They cancelled our non-refundable booking just one day before our stay — and have since completely disappeared. No refund, no explanation, and every phone number they provided is disconnected. We’ve been met with radio silence. They will cancel your booking without explanation the day before travel. Beware cause they don't care
Absolutely unacceptable cleanliness standards. Upon check-in, I found both live and dead ants/insects scattered across the bed sheets and pillows, along with black speckles that appeared to be insect eggs or droppings. The kitchen floor and benchtop were stained and had more ants crawling around. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival. Very comfortable quiet room, pool is excellent but needs re paving around it, bit ouchy on the feet.
