DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Made reservation for a date, then we needed to cancel and we did within the 30 day policy, told we would receive our refund within 4-6 weeks, then it went to 6-8 weeks. Check was then apparently sent in the mail, 3 weeks went by and never received. Then was told a new one would be issued and it would take 2 more weeks, waited 2 days after that and STILL NO WORD, called AGAIN and then said they had to have a meeting to approve it! APPROVE WHAT!
