The Lodge At Pine Creek, has been a wonderful place for my father to move into. The staff was informative, courteous, and patient with the family as we made necessary decisions. The Resident Care Associates and other staff have been wonderful to him. They’ve cared for him with courtesy, professionalism, and a smile! My 99-year-old father is more than happy there. Dangerous place! Speaking as a registered nurse, I advise to steer clear of this facility. I had my family member removed immediately after finding them in unsanitary living conditions and discovering multiple medication errors. Will be reporting to the health department. The facility needs to be shut down.
