As a former employee I can tell you the absolute only pro to working at The Lodge is the residents! Well also there was a handful of co-workers that were amazing as well. Management is horrendous! Clicked up gossipers. When I started there my boss in housekeeping was the most useless person ever. Nice, but she just wanted to hang out. Never helped, never addressed issues that were brought to her attention, hung out in her BFF's office most of the day, and was just overall inconsistent.
