Receptionist Jennifer was friendly the lodge had a welcoming vibe. Great location not far off the main strip and it was also very quiet. There is a Red Hut dinner that is a popular known place in Tahoe. Also a great place to have breakfast popular slightly busy definitely worth the wait. There's actually one literally within walking distance from the lodge that we stayed at. You can also experienced the one on the main strip.
So close to the event center we came for. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and spacious room, more like a small apartment with separate areas. Stocked with dishes, pots and pans, bring groceries. Decent view from our room.
The lodge it's self was nice, old fashioned and clean. Beautiful views. Just the people seem to have a ride mannerism that work the desk. We asked simple questions and the lady just seemed like we were inconveniencing her.
A perfect spot to stay when visiting South Lake Tahoe California. The Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing is tucked away in a small groove of trees right off Highway 50. It’s literally 2-3 blocks from Harrahs Casino and hotel. The rooms are clean with all the amenities you could need including ice machines in the hallway. There is a spa and sauna as well as barbecue pits and plenty of parking. The property is very quiet and the staff have excellent customer service. When in South Lake Tahoe try Kingsbury Lodge.
