I got a nice quick check in for 2 minutes. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Thanks you! I accidentally left my key in room and they give me a spares key. I was very appreciative. The room is super clean and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable and toasty warm. It nice to have clinch, tv and small electric fire place. The heat or air conditioning work perfect. Very kind staff, A wonderful view of the Presidental Mountain Range, Rooms are comfy and clean, This hotel has a very cozy feeling. Will be back in the future!
Clean and friendly service
Nice hotel, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Free breakfast included, nice 2 person jacuzzi tub in our room with a king bed and refrigerator. Great location to everything in Jackson.
