My experience at The Lodge was terrible. Me and my family suffered prejudice and hatred lliving in this community. ERIKA KLEIBER is the worst person who works there, she treats people very bad, the problem is because some people are afraid to complain about the way she speaks; she is rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. The worst place to live, very expensive and the employees treat the tenants very bad. It is very expensive to live at The Lodge at hamlin and there is not a place for kids, they are not prepared to have kids in the community. I’ve been living at The Lodge at Hamlin for about two months now, and honestly—I’m loving it. A big part of that comes down to the team here. James, the Community Manager, is clearly putting in the effort to turn this place around and genuinely cares about making improvements. He’s open to feedback and actually listens, which is refreshing. Dra’kara, the Assistant Community Manager, is just as kind and works closely with James to keep things running smoothly. James and the office staff are amazing. He genuinely listens to any concerns and answers any questions we may have. You can definitely tell he cares about the community. Julio and the rest of the maintenance team are always prompt and friendly when completing any work orders I have. It’s because of the pleasant experience with them that I’m renewing for another year. I would encourage anyone to rent at the Lodge at Hamlin.
A revolving door of employees. They don’t take actual concerns of mold or unsafe conditions seriously but god forbid your kid is playing in the area outside the garage you’ll hear it right away! In the form of a letter or email or mass text. Kids are to play in „designated areas” where dogs poop(and owners don’t pickup) and where they pee so how nice is that? Pool closed down for a month?
