I’ve lived in this apartment complex for almost a year now, and everything has been great expect for one major thing… it’s been almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. My upstairs neighbor is active between 1:00 and 4:00 a.m. jumping, running, moving furniture, and it is so loud that even rain sounds can’t mask it. I would like to express my disappointment with my experience with Erica. We were trying to get some information because we are interested in renting an apartment, but she was very rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Every question we asked was answered with a reference to the website instead of providing any actual assistance. Good customer service should include clear communication and a willingness to help potential tenants, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would appreciate it if someone o... read more
