My dad has lived here for the last 12 months. I could not be more HAPPY about the care and attentiveness of the staff. They have always addressed any concerns promptly that I have had. My dad has made so many new friends in this community too. I am especially pleased with all of the social events that the administration plans to really improve on my dad's quality of life.
My Dad has been a resident for just over 2 years. Overall, I am impressed with their staff. All are kind and caring & staff turnover is low. Sandra, who is on their cleaning team stands out - she has alerted me to difficulties I would otherwise have been unaware of and always has a smile and kind words for everyone.
Beautiful building, wonderful staff, great caregivers. Tailored programs for client specific needs. Facility full of caring and kind employees that will go above and beyond for their clients.
The Lodge is a beautiful community with a warm and welcoming staff that takes pride in providing residents with first rate care, activities, meals and quality of life.
My mother lived at The Lodge for just under 3 years. We had previous positive experience with other Five Star Living (the parent company) facilities. The staff is wonderful and responsive. No place is perfect, but any concerns we ever had were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Denise and her crew to a wonderful job -- my mom loved it here and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to properly provide a safe and caring living arrangement for aging parents.
