I hope the new management will do a bit of decorating..would be nice to see pictures in the hallways and some color on the patio area upstairs make it a bit mentally stimulating for their residents..the halls look so sterile..not just my observation but many residents have mentioned it as well..

My mother has moved into the lodge two weeks ago. Victoria managed the process expertly and with extreme patience with all of my questions. She was always available by telephone, and when I showed up in person, even without an appointment, during this process. Since moving in, everyone, my mother has talked to, both staff and other residents, have been very friendly and helpful. My parents have been at the Lodge for over a year. Cassie, Lindsey and their team have been patient and attentive. It’s a relief to have them on our side.

I toured the Lodge four different times a few months apart. Once with my sister, once with my mom and then my dad. The final visit was with both of my siblings. Victoria Erwin was so kind and informative each and every time. Although The Lodge did not fit my parents needs, Victoria was so considerate. She offered to help and give guidance in any way she could. We saw her interact with several people that live in the senior community.
