I've had great meals here in the past, but my latest visit was a mixed bag. Presentation was top-notch across the board—the crab dip, French onion soup, and chicken pot pie all looked fantastic coming out of the kitchen. While the dip was decent and the soup was solid, the chicken pot pie fell completely flat. Although packed with plenty of meat and vegetables, it was remarkably bland and horribly watery. You get a better flavor profile and texture from a grocery store freezer aisle.
Great servers. The man making waffles was exceptional. Sorry I forgot to leave him a tip. I’ll get you next time!
The Lodge in Annapolis has an amazing brunch, serving up your favorites. Egg station, seafood station, carving station and all the brunch staples. We had a live saxophonist during our breakfast which was amazing
