Toured with Kiana super bubbly person, we did tour the model however she showed a video of a three bedroom. She even looked ahead and told me what may be coming available with floor levels and pricing. What really impressed me was that while we were walking around the property, we ran into a couple residents and she actually knew who they were and spoke to them. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! SAVE YOUR SANITY AND HEALTH! DO NOT MOVE HERE! My apartment’s HVAC system was completely infested with mold. I hired a mold inspector who came out and told me there were several different kinds of mold in the HVAC system. It was so bad that they did let me out of my lease without consequence, but then I got a bill from them charging me $650 to replace a carpet that had been infested with mold. Kiana is a very good friend she drove me to my apartment when I had my cast on. and she would sometimes give me snacks and we would have conversations about stuff we did and she would give me advice on life for when get older.
The apartment complex is fine; the staff, particularly the younger lady in the front office, is very unprofessional and uncooperative. All I had said to her was that I wasn’t following what she was saying and that it felt like she was talking in circles and she literally said she didn’t have to put up with that and passed my husband and me off to her associate (who, by contrast was professional and explained everything much better). I could understand if I had cussed at her or chewed her out, but that wasn’t the case at all.... read more
positive thoughts: • I feel safe on the grounds, parking lot and in my unit. • I appreciate how clean the unit was upon move in. • the amazon hub is convenient. • neighbors have been very nice and polite. • i don’t ever hear any noise from the adjacent units, which i find remarkable. negative experiences: • The dryer in my unit doesn’t work properly.
