Would not recommend, we got lucky and only signed a year lease due to already being on a list somewhere else, but we only stayed for 6 months after finding mold throughout our vents . We had a professional test done with consent from management and they received the concerning results, then was told by lacy she would not discuss the issue further with me even though we received improper remediation. Disgusting pet policy charging rent for animals. Just shows you they would charge you extra for each kid if they could. Pets have rights
This my second stint with the Lodge … l previously stayed from November 2023 until March of this year … Went traveling ect… returned In June and looked at other places in Bricktown … for the square footage and price .. this place couldn’t be beat… Great service upfront by Ki … she solves problems quickly and is very efficient at her job— the maintenance is top flight .. grounds are kept clean … l feel safe with a no burglary or robbery rate … lots of retired or tinker employees live here… they have a nice coffee bar in the f... read more
These are great apartments and I have lived over here for over a year and I recommend these apartments. Lacy, Kiana & Jess are so nice and helpful. Maintenance is awesome too! I love how close we are to everything. The pool is really nice too. And they do fun resident events for us.
This apartment complex no longer have the environment we saw upon moving in. Management has changed and it's bad, so bad we are thinking about paying to terminate our lease here. The inside of the apartments are decent and honestly not to many complaints on that. However, we had someone move in above us that are night owls and they let it be known throughout the night. But, that is not the main problem and we can live with that, we're not old and some nights we can match their energy. Lol. The worst part is the amount of dog... read more
