My wife and I were there on a Friday night and it was packed... We thought service would be slow at best but we couldn't have been more wrong. The service was great and so was the food. they have a well trained staff.

We went to the Happy Hour at the Lodge and had a good experience. The food and drinks were well prepared and the prices were half off. This place is casual but the crowd was pretty diverse. The bartender was Bennie and he was great.

My wife and I stopped into The Lodge while vacationing in Scottsdale, and I am glad that we did. I am from Little Rock, AR, which is a 20-hour drive from Scottsdale (we flew), so imagine my surprise when I overheard a man at the adjacent table talking about living in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to other diners that he was seated with. It was hard to decide what to choose for lunch because there were several interesting choices. My choice was the "angry chicken" - a wings and blue cheese sandwich that was fun and good. We shall return!
