Horrible outdated room looks like it wasn’t renovated since the 80’s very tacky room, bugs in the bathroom tub, the hallways were also very obviously outdated as well very bad vibe
Pros: Consistently friendly and helpful staff. Facility has apparently been renovated at some point. Large bath towels. Storage room for skis on ground floor. Nice coffee shop and restaurant. Nice fixtures in bathroom, large bedroom, and facility is clean and well maintained. Neutral: There is slope / lift access via lots of stairs and a long walk. There's only one hot tub for the whole facility, but we had no problem accessing it. The front desk does have pool/hot tub towels but you have to know this and go ask for them. Co... read more
Best staff of people! There is always a person ready to help and give a smile. Clean and updated room . Great food and drink options. Aaron’s staff is as friendly and hard working as himself. We will be back!
Very dated hotel and the staff isn’t too friendly.. at $270 a night this is what you’re getting.. Staff: “no worries though if you pay $370 a night you can stay in a remodeled room” 😂😂 gross!
