Let’s start with positives. The apartment unit, the view with the giant wall glass, and especially the common outdoor pool/hot tub area are all absolutely stunning. The underground garage (separate charge) is always kept clean and the maintenance/cleaning staff are great! Unfortunately I would have to say that the cons heavily outweigh the positives. I don't live here but I would . I haven't seen the apts but I deliver here . The staff is kind and the building is clean with a nice package area . A gym to work out in . Underground parking and an added plus I don't smell smoke or worse weed in the hallways which I often do even in the expensive buildings downtown which is a turn off to a building
I had a smoke detector beeping every 30 seconds probably a backup battery. Maintenance had it replaced within 2 hours,
