The prices on the website are low, then they raise them a ton the following year, which is so predatory. Management is, no comment. Their job could be AI, is how useless they are. The hot tub is always broken. The pool is dirty often. Packages are always stolen and nothing is done. There is VERY minimal guest parking. They charge an amenity fee $25/month but have no amenities that every other apartment doesn't have? They also added this fee without adding any additional amenities.
