Excellent property with all the amenities - pools, community rooms, secure garage, pet grooming/bath area, bike storage, lovely units -and all close to Nine Mile Creek bike/walking path!
Clean and lots of parking.
The maintenance crew, Jake & Ken, at the Loden are super friendly and do a fantastic job. They respond to submitted maintenance requests right away, call to confirm they’re on their way, and get the issue resolved quickly. Have never had anything less than a great experience with those guys. Thank you!
Extremely frustrating experience with management. I was officially assigned a parking spot on Monday. Yesterday, I came home to find someone else parked in my spot. When I contacted management, they admitted they made a mistake and gave my assigned spot to someone else because they never entered it into their system. Instead of fixing their error, they reassigned me to a new parking spot that is farther away, essentially punishing me for their oversight.
