Kendra answered all our questions and was very welcoming. We actually agreed to a 3 month lease. Downside was filling out application. Website not helpful and time consuming. You better update that. We don’t have a dog and had to fill out another form. That incredibly frustrating for both Kendra and me.
I recently moved in, and while I did experience some problems at move in; management was very quick to respond in a personal and resourceful manner. Maintenance has been very responsive, and got the carpet replaced. Thank you to the Loden Team, and a huge shoutout to Kendra for your help at move in!
