Beautiful building, great amenities and Amazing management team. We had the pleasure to work with Katie, great human being.
I had a great experience touring the Loden apartments! Kendra was very friendly, welcoming, and informative throughout the visit. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. The apartment and amenities were beautiful and the entire environment felt clean, peaceful, and inviting.
Note: I have not moved in yet. This review is purely based on the experience of the tour and application process. I am moving to the area from Wisconsin for work, and of all the places I looked into no one was as attentive and hospitable as The Loden. Kendra, who I believe manages the leases, is fantastic. She wasted no time understanding my needs, showing all the amenities, and clearly laying out the leasing process and all associated costs.
