My friend and I had an amazing experience with Cynthia & DR Knight! From start to finish, they made us feel completely comfortable and listened carefully to what we wanted. They took the time to understand our hair goals and bayybeee they ATE down & left no crumbs from the much needed detox to the style !!!! We left feeling brand-new! Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend The Locks House to anyone looking for professional, top-notch hair service!

I found this shop while riding around town crying because I allowed someone to cut my loc extensions. As soon as I walked in, Cynthia, greeted me and I told her what had happened to me. She personally wanted to take care of me. At my appointment, she walked me through each step of what she was performing. To say that I felt safe with her handling my locs is an understatement. As always glad to have my hair taken care of at the Lockshouse. Started my journey here, my son as also started. I have moved from one location to another and will continue as long as they are available. I will recommend anyone else as well.

I went to get locs re-attached and all they did was take extra human hair and wrapped it round where the hair meets and it started falling out in 3days and I never had my hair exposed it stayed wrapped up and charged me $250+. They rush you to pay before job is done while your in the chair.
