Having been given a 15 minute drop off notice from the driver, after PODS gives themselves a 3 hour drop off window, when the driver showed up within 15 minutes of calling me, I asked the driver to wait 10 minutes while 2 tractor trailers cleared the area where the POD was supposed to be delivered. I got nothing but arguments and demands from the driver, and the threat that he was going to leave without dropping the POD. Haley was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She went over all of the information we needed. Storage unit was very clean.
I was interested in downsizing my unit there and I took my concerns about the time schedules and payment to Haley in the office. She was WONDERFUL! Very professional and helpful as she navigated me through the whole process. I came back a couple of days later with other questions and AGAIN she helped me out. This storage facility is fortunate to have her. Thanks.
