I was at another self storage facility in Evanston, IL. It was always dirty, smelled like rodents, and there were never any carts available - even though no one was ever there. I accidentally stumbled upon the Lock Up Self Storage on Juneway Terrace. Immediately I noticed that it was clean, bright, way more secure than my other facility, and it had better prices. Had a really great experience with the Lock Up storage unit in Evanston, IL. Was assisted by Ms Tammy . She was very friendly attentive and knowledgeable, and empathetic to my needs as a customer. She walked me through the entire process gave me guidance on how to go about choosing the right unit for my storage needs. She went above and beyond to meet the needs of the customer! I had a LOCK UP STORAGE at the EVANSTON. LOCATION for over a year! It was an excellent experience from beginning to end! The staff (☆☆☆☆☆TAMMY, ☆☆☆☆☆CURTIS, and ☆☆☆☆☆CHRIS) made every interaction seamless!!! The facility is clean, conveniently located, easy to access and secure. No complaints, 100% satisfied with my experience there. Thank you
Good rates! Great space!! Awesome staff!!! The people are very helpful and attentive. The building is actually climate controlled, unlike some places that falsely advertise that they are when they aren't. It's the perfect place to store all the equipment and materials for my small business! Five stars!!
