Steph has helped me navigate some gut and hormone issues for a few years now. She has helped with my diet, and her liquid herbs really balanced out my hormones. I was turning 50 in August 2020. I was stuck, welcome to middle age here have some belly fat that you will never shift, have some joint pain to go with that. Stephanie has been such a great help with my ulcerative colitis. Her advice has been spot on and she understands the disease well. She has a great manner and listens to what you have to say. For the first time in a long time I’m feeling physically and mentally great. I recommend her to anyone that has ulcerative colitis.
