After doing some thinking i decided to re-write my review. The personal training I had from The Local Motion was very helpful and worth the $45. They helped with every problem I had. My only complaint is that they don’t have a water bottle fill station but other than that it’s a pretty solid gym for being in the middle of no where. I’m glad they decided to open up even though we live in such a small community. The gym is clean and quiet.
I've been going to The Local Motion for 4.5 years. The gym is really well equipped and the classes are excellent. The trainers are amazing. It's honestly the best thing I've ever done for myself. Thank you local-Motion.
