Very professional, honest person. He responded same day and didn’t want to charge for the service, as the issue was simple and easy to fix.
Sean and Matt and one other guy all did the work. They were prompt, and gave me good notification of the arrival time. I had complex issues, and they diagnosed them, made the repairs, and brought everything up to standards. Matt explained thoroughly what was wrong and how they fixed. It was an excellent experience
Matthew came the same day that I called. He gave me the best price/estimate of 3 that I got. He had Lee come the very next day & completely replace our entire electric panel, upgraded us to a larger panel to withstand the needs of our home (the buider's panel was small & insufficient). Lee did a phenomenol job! The new panel is now much larger, organized & safe from overheating as was doing before. Lee was able to finish everything within 4 hours & get us back to a safer situation. This is the first time I used your company. A neighbor recommended you. I can’t tell you how utterly amazed I was with Sean my technician. One of my kitchen ceiling lights wasn’t working. He had the problem solved in a minute! Besides being very knowledgeable he was polite and informative and he didn’t even charge me! I will be recommending your company to everyone.
