Very disappointed with the customer service displayed by Dr Oruba Khalil at this clinic. My 3 and half yr old son and I saw her tonight after being tested positive for Influenza B and son being positive for covid as well. She kept snapping at us shooting one question after another at us and disapproving of our answers. I got frustrated at her overall manner. Always a very busy surgery. Love the doctors and staff here. I moved to the other side of town and tried another Doctor's Surgery, but couldn't find another place like local doctors otara. So I returned to those I know and who know me. Can some times wait for 2-3 hours but I am happy to wait for the best service if need be. Just a heads up. Get there around 7.30am and you get seen pretty fast. Best advice - Take care of you and yours. Stay well Peeps!!🤗
You have to advocate for your parents and kids when attending this clinic and it's also a good idea to familarize yourself with the medicines they're taking. Ask for their prescription to be printed out and look at it before leaving. The number of times people have said they have been prescribed something for a condition they don't have, doctors not looking at lab results or hospital admission notes, your time not being respected even after a 3 hours plus waiting time is egregious.
