I took my Mum to The Skin Doctor to get treatment on 3 melanomas at the age of 90.. I can't thank Dr Chris Irwin and Chelsea and the nursing staff enough.. They went out of their way to make her comfortable and treated her with respect and great care.. She could not stop talking about how nice the staff were on the way home in the car.. many thanks to the whole team.
Just a money making factory, no care for patients whatsoever. Berated by the practice manager when I politely questioned being charged $250 for a standard consult, who proceeded to raise his voice and talk about my medical diagnosis in front of a wait room full of patients - egregious breach of patient privacy. No disclosure of incredibly high fees prior to consults. Multiple breaches of duty of care, patient safety, and patient privacy. Will be making a formal complaint.
Dr Allen Macbell has been incredibly helpful with ADHD assessment and management. He listens, explains everything clearly, and truly understands the challenges involved. His approach is supportive, professional, and efficient, with minimal wait times and excellent follow-up. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking ADHD care.
