I’m not sure what else you could ask for… server was super nice, bartender great, good portions and prices are great.

Met my brother, who I hadn't seen for years, at The Local for lunch. . Delightful, attentive staff, good food, clean. A bit loud. Wine was a tad bit pricey at $10/small pour. Lots of craft beers.
I ordered the sliders. They were very average. The problem were all the flys inside. We were constantly swatting at flies while trying to enjoy our meals like the folks at other tables. I completely lost my appetite when one fly dive bombed into a slider and did the spinning dead bug on my plate.
