I haven’t been to a shop since April2024, and stepping into this one felt like coming home. It was such a relief to immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. I made an appointment a week ago. I didn’t read the full email and missed the location so I called and my call was sent straight to vm. I received a text asking if I forgot about my appointment so I told her the address was not on there. She pointed out the address so I apologize and offered to pay what I need to pay because I do understand it’s her time but she is so unprofessional. I am so glad I missed that appointment because this was not called for especially if I took responsibility for it.
I have been a client of Keiona's for nine months, consistently satisfied with my styles and her competitive pricing, until September 4, 2024, when her tardiness, a recurring issue, was handled in an unprofessional manner. Unfortunately, I had to drop her as my loctician due to her unprofessionalism. She had an opportunity to correct her behavior, but instead she chose to be rude to me via text message. Always a good experience! She's done my son's hair multiple times and it's always a smooth process and looks great. I appreciate her taking the time to do his hair, even though he gets a little antsy, she makes him comfortable. Most definitely recommend for your loc maintenance.
3 Strand twist I use to drive 3 hours to get Retwisted…Ever since I met Keiona, I never went back….That was 3 years ago. Keiona always gets me squared away whether I’m going on vacation or a proposal, she has gifted hands and the best of the best.
