The manager Shanti is very unprofessional. Attempted to book the loctician training course she offered at 960$ and she acted as i was on her time and it wasn't work - although I'd be paying her for the service. She seemed like she felt I should feel privileged just to be speaking to her. Acted as if answering my questions were a burden and questioned my customer service while ranting to me about texting through messenger when I tried reaching out to the phone number she has listed to no avail.
