I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before coming here—I had pretty much the same experience. The service here is terrible and I unfortunately put up with it for too long. I came here for over six months, and had anxiety around every visit. I was bullied into getting styles I didn't want after being explicitly told that I would get better service if I went beyond a retwist.
