1st experience, consultation. it was a professional experience all was good. I had some questions prior to the appt. I called left message. No call back. I even DM them on Instagram never received a reply. So I went ahead and booked it even though it wasn't the owner.. Went to 2nd appt, owner left for the day while I was getting my service and my twist were tiny. I wanted it bigger. Jamie is awesome! She has done my son's locs for a couple of years now!
I’m very appreciative of them starting my loc journey; however, the process felt rushed. The sizing of my locs and parts is inconsistent, with the parts in the back being especially large. I believe she may have been an apprentice, and although I did ask for even parts, that wasn’t fully achieved. On a positive note, my hair does feel sturdy. That said, the interlocking was messy, and some longer strands of hair were missed.
