Very disappointing experience. The welcome from the lady at the site was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not know how to speak to customers properly. Instead of making us feel comfortable, she made it obvious that she would rather have us leave than stay. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the place.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We stopped by hoping to try the lobster sandwiches, but the customer service was so rude and unwelcoming that we decided to leave without ordering. First impressions matter, and being treated respectfully as customers is the bare minimum. We were looking forward to trying the food, but the interaction with the staff completely changed our minds. Hopefully management can address this and improve the customer experience.
We ordered lobster rolls our first visit and they were so yummy which made up for the grumpy lady taking the order. Very rude person.
