From lack of storage, cheap quality of the building (you can see at the corners that there's dents and scratches everywhere), the mail room is messy, someone got stuck in the elevator for an hour, and I personally had someone random walk into my backyard. Workers will come into your room to do maintenance and then leave a bunch of trash and dirt on the ground. Spent more time cleaning up than they did doing maintenance no one asked for. Elevators are always having issues. The showers are about as effective as standing under a leaky pipe. Hot water is cloudy and clearly mineral heavy leaving stains on the shower and sink. The HVAC can have weird smells. There have been shutdowns of the HVAC and the intercom systems. The mailroom is a mess.

We had a really great experience with Livmore Westboro Village, and we’re especially thankful to Becky and Moses. Both of them were super helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They made finding and securing our new home feel much less stressful and were always willing to answer questions and guide us when we needed help.
Don’t be misled by the “luxury” branding, the fundamentals are not there. This building prioritizes appearances over function. Security is weak and unauthorized access is easy. The mailroom is frequently disorganized, the dog run often smells too strongly to use, and visitor parking depends entirely on staff availability to issue passes, creating unnecessary barriers.
