I wish I had rented at Livmore when I first arrived in Ottawa. Moses is so helpful and knowledgeable, it made all transactions so much easier. The building itself has loads of amenities and the suites I saw were bright and well appointed. They are super understanding about pets’ needs too. I’d highly recommend renting here.

Moses Barasa (leasing consultant) was the absolute best. He is so helpful, patient, kind, understanding, genuine, and an overall pleasure to work with. He addressed every single one of my questions/concerns, and he made the whole process so easy and seamless. Some leasing agents can be pushy, but I have never felt pressured by Moses. I had a short lead time to find an apartment, and began my search when still not back in Ottawa. Moses was my first contact at Livmore as the leading agent and assisted up until the recent move in date and beyond. He was helpful as to details of the building & architects, the rental unit options , the amenities, and costs.
