After living here for a year and the experience I went through the first few weeks of being here, (filthy carpets, broken down filthy microwave, blinds needed to be replaced, doors dirty and nasty, human hair balls all over the floors, the list goes on!!! I had to wait until after July 4, 3023 for them to steam clean the carpet and move all my bedroom furniture to the living room, because they didn’t clean the apartment before I moved in on the 3rd of July, 2023) not to mention their annual rent increases of 125$ ! It’s a decent place to live. I’m grateful for my little corner of the world where the roof is all I need. Neighbors are nice and friendly people, everyone speaks and chats with each other. There’s always something educational or entertaining to attend in the community room. The Gertrude Foundation’s employees in this building are great!
Have not been to visit yet!! Will check it out between June and July. .
