I've been talking to these people for a long time already and all of a sudden, they tell me that they believe my calls aren't crisis related and I'm tying up the phone lines, even though my calls are crisis related and I even offered to cut the calls short in the past to make sure the lines are open for others, so IDK where this is coming from. Called them few month ago not fan of peer support services.
