They do try their best. Even though you get some disrespectful idiot's that come there that just throw thier weight around. I've been coming to the living room since 2017 and seen a lot of changes. I miss pre covid days where they had some awesome caseworkers. I have agoraphobia and find it difficult to sometimes arrive at the living room. I love my dr - dr Danielle Toledo. I had to FLEE POLICE AND GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION IN QLD AFTER ATTEMPT WERE MADE ON U LIFE. 20 YEARS I TOOK IN HOMELESS PEOPLE AND CHILDREN AND NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS WOULD I THOUGHT ID END UP ON THE STREET IN MELBOURNE.. THE LIVING ROOM SAVED MY LIFE MORE THAN ONCE!
