I've been coming here since 2018. The changes since then have had a dramatic downturn in rapport with staff. I recently had been in ICU and spent another 2 weeks in critical care. I asked my brother to let my dr know and the staff gave no emotional support when he mostly needed it. When I got out of hospital the dr was flippent not caring about me being so ill.
