Beautiful property in a great location.
I dedicate my 1 star to Walter, the maintenance man. When I chose to move into this apartment complex, I had high expectations. Initially, everything appeared to be clean and the management didn’t seem too bad. Since then, there’s been a lot of turnover when it comes to the management keeping employees. However, this isn’t my biggest concern. I had mold growing in my apartment and the lack of urgency from the complex’s staff was appalling. I would like to say the Maintenance Man Walter here is the best. He is courteous Caring very knowledgeable and very polite and very professional. he goes out of his way to make sure your needs are taken care of . He cares so much about the whole apartment complex its building and the residents here. There’s not a bad thing I could say about him. You should be glad you have him here he’s very dedicated worker
I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, but the recent lack of maintenance and cleanliness has been incredibly frustrating. My dishwasher has been broken for nearly a month, and both fire alarms in the common area have been out just as long this is not only inconvenient but a serious safety issue. Despite multiple mentions, nothing has been done. On top of that, our floor looks terrible.
