I am super frustrated with this complex. I am a newer tenant & try to give some grace because things happen but the unprofessionalism amongst employees here is baffling. They schedule appointments and then you come and they aren’t even here. Then you come back for the second appointment and they’re still not here. They’ll put on their door when they will be back and then they are not back by that time. This is regarding people living situations so this is really not cool. Kiki was so great at answering my questions and helping with me wanting to transfer apartments!! She is very professional and a great asset at this apartment complex !!
Gates was extremely helpful with assisting us. He was very professional, and quick with his work.
Gate did a wonderful job. He came in and resolved the problem and under an hour he was very professional in and out. Gates keep doing great !
