I never lived here, but my uncle did. I HAD to leave a review about the roaches. When we were moving him in, we noticed 2 dead roaches on the floor. Although we read other roach reviews, we decided to give it a chance because we loved the area and was hopeful that they got the roach thing together. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS APARTMENT! This place has predatory parking do not lease here! My cousin parked her car and registered within the app. She takes care of my disabled uncle. She bought a car to accommodate his condition 1 week ago. We are Still awaiting the official disabled stickers to come in. Due to his condition we need to park in a handicap spot to get my uncle in and out of the vehicle. Roxy made the move in process easy as she is extremely organized and kind. Love our new place! I really used to love it here. I plan on not renewing because I pay too much money to live here in this predatory parking scam of a place. I am a new mom and sometimes family unexpectedly stops by to see my baby. First they towed my mom under 2 minutes of her arriving quite literally while I was registering her. Just don’t. I’ve lived here since they opened in 2021, and this is absolutely the worst year I’ve had here with the new management coming in, in March. Ryan in management is the absolute worst with multiple residents complaining on him. Jada and Rebecca are nice, so attempt to deal with them if you choose to come here. Leaving as soon as my lease is up. Love the area though! 👍🏽
