I previously posted a five-star review and photos of the beautful property right after we moved in two years ago. Unfortunately I had to remove that photo and reduce the number of stars due to recent events, the change in how the community looks now and the amount of disturbance to my living there.
We have lived here almost two years and when we first moved in management was amazing and the property was a nice place to live. Since then we have had numerous issues with noise and other residents smoking pot at the pool and total disregard for the other residents. The rules are not uniformly enforced and the courtesy officer is never on site to assist.
The apartment themselves are decent, but not luxury. Their process to rent, is very convoluted and poorly executed being paired with many invasive AI prompts they force you to go through. Their front office leaves much to be desired as well, poor communication and lack of knowledge - all this caused us to go elsewhere
If you're considering moving here, don't. I have lived in bad apartments before, but this was easily the worst community I have ever experienced. The marketing promises a luxury living experience. The reality was the complete opposite. The air conditioning broke so frequently that it became routine. We regularly waited hours, and sometimes days, for repairs.
