I’m honestly extremely disappointed with The Little Royals Dentistry for Kids. About two years ago, they placed a spacer in my son’s mouth, and now it has broken off — which should not be happening this soon if it was done properly. When I reached out to have it fixed, instead of taking responsibility for their own dental work, they told me I would have to pay a $125 office visit fee just for them to correct it. We expected the first visits to the dentist with our first child to be an absolute disaster, this office has mastered making the child dental experience an absolute breeze. On top of that, we had a dental emergency and Dr. Sal spoke with us after hours, reviewed photos that we sent him and then spent a long time the following morning meeting with us and our daughter explaining things. You really can’t ask for more from a medical professional.
Loved our first visit! Very impressed with the knowledge and compassion of the team. I’m grateful I have the opportunity for my child to receive regular dental care at such an excellent practice.
