Had my child referred here after our gp referred us to a dentist who said they couldn't release a baby tongue tie but were assured this place does, only to find out after a $110 consultation to tell us what we already know (that yep he has a tongue tie that needs releasing), that actually they can't do it and referred us to someone else. You should be ashamed of your practice.
Thank you to all the Team at TLHTC for guiding us through the last couple of months of appointments with my sons. All the ladies on the front desk were always pleasant, helpful and friendly. Dental assistants were lovely and kind. The two dentist we saw were wonderful but a very special mention to Ben who took my son under his wing. We just had the most beautiful experience at the little happy tooth company. Even I felt calm, and I have a 100% genuine phobia of the dentist, something I don’t want to pass on to my three year old. We had the pleasure of having Amelia (Millie) as our dentist, and she was just incredible. She was so calm, soft spoken, patient and engaging with my little one.
