Nicole Atwood is an excellent agent. She is knowledgable and patient. She has a great personality and she is dedicated to her clients. Nicole goes out of her way to provide you with all the information you need to make a decision. She makes herself available according to your schedule not hers. We were very lucky to find an agent as helpful and honest as Nicole. She number one with us.
After raising our kids and becoming empty nesters, we decided to downsize a bit and sell our family home. There are many realtors out there to choose from, and we chose to work with the Little Group. We put our faith and trust in Jackie to help us navigate the sale of our home and to also purchase another. She was confident in the pricing, and provided Excellant marketing and pictures to sell our home quickly. We went under contract in 18 days, with a full offer and closed 30 days later. We were looking to buy a house from out of state. Someone recommended Xavier and Jackie to us. We did a video chat where they thoroughly sought to understand our wants and needs. My husband flew down and they showed him a great assortment of houses. We never felt pressured, we felt that they negotiated a fair price for us and we had a wonderful experience with both of them. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Cannot recommend enough!
If you are a first time home buyer like we were or buying another home. If you want a great team to help you thru the process. Your search is over !! Jackie and Xavier found us our dream home in our dream neighborhood!!! Call them today !! You won't regret it !!
Jackie and Xavier are the best realtors I’ve ever worked with in the Clearwater Tampa Bay area. They do extensive research and provide excellent customer service. Top tier.
