Just when you think you can't add to the list of great local eateries, you find a Winnipeg treasure! I enjoyed my selection of eggplant which is not always easy to find well prepared - it was as fantastic as that which I would get at local sources when I lived in New Orleans. The party that I was with enjoyed their sandwich and pizza selections which I am unable to detail - it was ALL excellent. Have never been to the restaurant but I love the food truck!
We tried the chicken and meatball sandwiches and it was amazing! The type of bread they use is super light.
