This clinic is such an amazing find. Every staff member we’ve seen is amazing. Brittany and Lori take the time to listen and treat us like people not a number. We stopped going to other urgent cares because the staff is so wonderful. (I can’t remember the nurses names but they are also just wonderful.)
Brittany and the staff where extremely attentive to our family's needs when we got influenza. She is a skilled CNP, works great with adults and children of all ages, and provides a comforting logic to her diagnosis. Her tech Lori is very pleasant and reassuring as well, does great with children! We will be recommending to all our family and friends in the area. Please don't shut down this clinic! Horrible wait time with no communication. Will not return.
Certified Nurse Practitioner Brittany and receptionist Laurie were both efficient, friendly, and helpful. Made an online appt and was seen immediately. My finger cuticle injury with infection was textbook, and CNP Brittany discussed the relative benefits of warm water soaks and topical bandages in addition to the oral antibiotic I needed after 10 days of trying to ignore my stupid self-induced injury.
