I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff member who performed the pre-checks, Ali, was extremely rude and harsh, especially toward children. He showed no patience or empathy and did not know how to communicate or reassure a child who was sick and in pain. Additionally, the nurse practitioner, Rachael Neudecker, examined my child but failed to send the prescription afterward. We visited Nurse Practitioner Aira Vinas for my daughter’s fever and rash. She was very thorough, calm, and caring throughout the checkup. She took the time to explain things clearly and helped my daughter feel comfortable, even while supporting her through the tests. We really appreciated the way she handled everything and felt very reassured by her care.
Had a wonderful experience with Stephanie Rogers, NP, and the patient care tech. They were respectful, kind, communicative, & knowledgable. Would highly recommend!
