No way this location should have any less than a 5 star. My oldest daughter recommended this urgent care location as in my home town, locations were closed and/or I did not want to wait any longer to be seen. I absolutely dread to drive out of town, yet so glad I did! The urgent care Location is to your right when walking into the Kroger store in Wilmington, Ohio. Useless, took my wife here a few months ago for a sinus infection green mucus out of her nose. Was told “it’s viral you just have to wait it out” 2 days later finally get her into her regular dr after her just getting worse, and guess what it’s a sinus infection she prescribes an antibiotic and within 24 hrs she improves. Today as desperate attempt to get some relief from a stye I scheduled an appointment hoping to get some help and was told “ nothing we can do, scrub your eyes with baby shampoo” they will absolutely do noth... read more
