Useless, took my wife here a few months ago for a sinus infection green mucus out of her nose. Was told “it’s viral you just have to wait it out” 2 days later finally get her into her regular dr after her just getting worse, and guess what it’s a sinus infection she prescribes an antibiotic and within 24 hrs she improves. Today as desperate attempt to get some relief from a stye I scheduled an appointment hoping to get some help and was told “ nothing we can do, scrub your eyes with baby shampoo” they will absolutely do noth... read more

Absolutely awful. Brought my 18 month old. Stood there waiting for 5 minutes to be told my appointment spot was given away because we were late. The grace period is 5 minutes. We were there on time. They made me wait another 5 mi uses then told me my appointment was given away. This place is awful
Declined my daughter after we made an appt. Told us to drive to Blanchester Little Clinic but I have to get my other kids off the bus and she is having an allergic skin reaction. Sounds like their staff is unprofessional and unhelpful.
We arrived 20 minutes prior to them going on lunch, and they would not see us, because they were getting ready for lunch… Completely unacceptable.We left for my 4 year old to be evaluated for strep at another location.
