What a disappointing experience. As a healthcare professional, this place is embarrassing. They are not able to manage even the most simple problems. I’m not sure where their NPs come from but it’s shameful. I had the same issue a couple years ago with their inability to diagnose/treat ringworm for my teenager. Ended up taking them to their pediatrician and received the diagnosis and treatment. Today we tried again as it was the fastest appointment to be seen. I should have listened to the reviews. They will not give you the proper medicine for your needs. Instead they will inflict their own beliefs on antibiotics on you and say they're all bad for you. They don't believe in medicine just letting the body naturally heal even though you have a history of illnesses and clearly are suffering. Please avoid this money scam place.
The Blonde woman doctor didn’t like hearing I was a nutritionist when I wanted our negative strep tests sent out. My son clearly had a white puss pocket on the back of his throat and she said it was probably food. The doctor for some reason only sent out my son’s test and it came back positive and never sent mine out? The poor reviews says everything about the doctors here. Go somewhere else if you are sick and stay far from this clinic.
Ordinarily, The Little Clinic is a good option for quick visits, today however it was garbage. We got there early for our appointment, waited for an hour, during our wait the guy acknowledged that there was ONE appointment ahead of us. Cool no problem. No. Three other appointments went ahead of us. So I got a refund and left. Genuinely hate Kroger.
