They were really good
I had a great experience at The Little Clinic at Kroger. I brought my son in for a physical so he could play soccer at school, and everything went smoothly. Lida was amazing during the physical, she took her time, was very thorough, and answered all of our questions without rushing us. The girl at the front desk was also very sweet and welcoming. We really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. Highly recommend!
This place is as bad as people say had an appointment at 2:15 which means I should be there next one to see. I got here no one at the front desk and one doctor and a bunch of people who don’t know what there doing. As a cooperate company Kroger/little clinic is a joke . There are multiple people that have been waiting longer that I have.
I went there on a busy day and was seen by the provider. I forgot his name but he was very nice. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I knew how to take the medicine and the side effects.
The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful.
