My aunt went here recently with a lot of pain (thinking it was a uti) and they were extremely unprofessional. They wouldn’t let anyone sit with her when she has bad anxiety with doctors and such, lectured her about everything under the sun and they were very rude about everything going on. They tried to get her to pay for so many unnecessary things trying to send off everything to labs and all kinds of crazy stuff ($45 for a pregnancy test!) , and then they gave her the strongest antibiotic they possibly could. I was able to schedule an appointment online for the same day. For someone sick, that makes things easier than talking on the phone. The website gave me the range for illness visits as a self-pay patient that was accurate. The front staff was friendly and discussed the pricing upfront upon seeing I was self-pay. There was a little trouble with understanding my practitioner. However, it was due to a lack of knowledge, only that she had a very strong accent and soft spoken. Staff were kind and polite. Visit was quick and efficient. I would definitely use their services again.
The NP here was very rude and dismissive to me and told me I was wrong about the symptoms I was having. She told me I was just having flu-like symptoms. I’m a nurse and know my body. I went to the Minute Clinic the following day and I actually had mono and the NP there was so kind to me and listened to what I had to say. I definitely don’t recommend going to The Little Clinic.
