I’ve been here 3 times and literally they’re always behind every single time. It doesn’t matter if it’s 9am or 5pm. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m getting seen 45 minutes -1 hr after?! So done with this place and will not be coming back! Absolutely ridiculous!
Always professional and get the problem fixed
Arrived 12 minutes late and informed the receptionist that I was and tad late and did my check-in online already. She Ivey me know they had a 10 minute late policy. She was not very pleasant and I don’t normally write reviews. My rejection was over two minutes, but I saved them that by checking in on online ahead of time. I rescheduled for two hours later and thought about it and cancel that one because I don’t want to be seen by an office with bad service. Especially healthcare provider!! My appt. Was at 10. Still have someone in front of me. 45 minutes to wait is not acceptable. I was here 15 minutes early. And there were 2 people in the rooms already. Total for each was 45 min.
