We had the pleasure of getting The Little Building Company to build us a new deck after the spring ice storm of 2025 damaged our old deck. Start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. Communication was excellent, the quality of the build is of the highest quality, and the crew were some of the best folks you could ask for. It was a wonderful experience and The Little Building company will be the first place we look to for future work at our home.
Dave and co. did a great job on our attic renovation. Very happy with the finished product. Guided us through from beginning to end and the crew was super friendly, respectful and tidy.
The Little Building Company went above and beyond in every respect in creating the pottery studio of our dreams. From our initial inquiry about possibilities to the finishing touches on the project, Dave and each member of his team were unfailingly professional and considerate. What an absolute delight to deal with the LBC team. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with their work. Dave is a man of integrity and incredibly creative and talented at his craft. If you are looking at a company to build something for you, look no further. You will love who they are and what they do.
The LBC team did an incredible job bringing our vision to life! While probably not their typical type of project, we asked them to create a feature wall in the living room, and they delivered! We've worked with other contractors before on much smaller/easier projects, but with a lot of headache.
