Very disappointed, i scheduled over a week in advance to get my lashes done in time for my sons graduation, diamond didn't tell me until less than one hour before my appointment that she wasn't comfortable doing my lashes because i'm white & she does "urban lashes" she said and then cancelled my appointment! :(
Unprofessional, rude and my eyebrows still suffering fro what she did. Definitely not coming back and Not recommend her think twice before seeing her.
Diamond is truly a professional. She is a perfectionist so be prepared to have her take time with you to guarantee you leave looking great and feeling happy. I recommend her highly. I had some horrible eyebrows that she made look fantastic!
Diamond is extremely professional. She is considerate and conscientious of my comfort through the process. My lashes are beautiful!! She encourages constant upkeep to maintain them. I would recommend Diamond to all.
