This the second product I get from Listening Room. Got a pair of Rel T9X in red. They are amazing and accurately as described by Mike. He was flexible in the delivery schedule. Great customer service.
Mike has been great. He has set me up with an incredible system. Rogue RP7 preamp, Rogue Apollo Dark mono amps, Magnepan 3.7i and a pair of Perlisten R212s subs to fill in the low end. His shop is roughly 500 miles away but that hasn’t stopped him from providing me in home delivery and set up. He’s always there when I have questions. Highly recommended.
I purchased pair of REL subs from Michael, he drove them to my home to save us both as much $$ as possible and offer me the best deal he could. He is well informed and knows his gear well too. Just a very pleasant fellow and Audio dealer, always looking to offer a good deal when it can be found
Above and Beyond Customer Service even after purchase. I ordered a Goldring E3 cartridge from the shop to level up my turntable given a move from apt to house - thus ability to have a listening room with speakers really push air and fill the room. I received the cartridge and left it in box for a few months until HiFi was set up, wires ran below floors, etc. Then when I installed the cartridge, the sound from new just was off (tons of crackles, needle pulled/skipped) - it was almost unplayable so I reverted to the old one an... read more
