We had an excellent experience boarding our cat (Prince). The team went above and beyond and sent us daily photos/videos which we appreciated. Anna was a great communicator and took great care of him. The rate was also very affordable. We will definitely be back!

The wonderful team at The Lions Den took amazing care of our little cat Coco Chanel when we were in NZ for two weeks. I would highly recommend Lions Den and we will definitely be back again. The team provided daily updates and photos via whatsapp and Coco (who is a nervous kitten) looked so relaxed and happy as she settled in. When we picked up Coco she had the most beautiful fur coat - the team tell me she was brushed every day; so we will be trying to keep this up! Fantastic Boarding Experience! Terrific caring team who really spoilt our cat. Our cat Phillip boarded at SCVC for just over 3 weeks and it was fantastic! The team gave us daily updates and pics and really made a fuss of Phillip. He absolutely loved it! He came home very relaxed. We can’t thank the team enough. Highly recommend! Thank you!🐈⬛
The fabulous staff always look after our Simba like he’s their own when boarding at The Lions Den in Surry Hills. Simba is a lilac Burmese, something of a star @ 21 years old & just laps up all the attention & love (of which there is plenty!) he can muster while on his stay-vacation @ The Den. He even beat diabetes in the past year after two years of injections & now no longer a diabetic.
