I was very worried to leave my cat Bell for three weeks but the team at Lion’s Den looked after my cat perfectly. She can be quite anxious and vocal without me but Muhammad and Anna kept me well informed with daily photos and videos. I can’t thank them enough for their care, I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!
We chose The Lion’s Den after many days of research! Leaving your cats for an extended stay, you’re trusting them with family. The facility is very spacious which was why we booked. My cats stayed here for a little more than a month. I was stressed with having to move house, as well as deal with several family emergencies. As it was my first time boarding the cats somewhere, I was also worrying about how they'd fare, whether they'd be okay, etc. But every single staff member at Lion's Den always greeted us with kindness and care, whether it was on the phone, or in person. We are beyond grateful for Prince’s stay at the Lion’s Den. We received regular updates, were able to do video calls and Prince had regular play time. He settled in quickly which made our travels so much more enjoyable knowing that he was in good hands. Thanks heaps! We will definitely be back :)
